When nagel&kopf approached us, they already had something powerful: a strong name and their expertise. But their identity wasn’t living up to it. The challenge was to give the brand a clear direction – one that subtly played with the phrase “den Nagel auf den Kopf treffen” (hitting the nail on the head), while showcasing efficiency and precision.

The risk? Falling into the obvious symbolism of hammer and nails – too mechanical, too carpenter-like. Instead, we set out to create a minimalistic identity: clean, modern, and sharp – capturing the metaphor without losing the brand’s sophistication.
